Delete your Orchestrate account

Applies to all Orchestrate apps.

In the app (instant)

Open any Orchestrate app you're signed in to.
Open your account — the screen where you signed in (it shows the email you're signed in as).
Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account: your sign-in is removed, and your private data in every Orchestrate app (your saved content and settings) is deleted. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Content held only on your device stays there.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm when done.

What we keep

Nothing personal. Contributions you shared with a community feed remain, but are permanently anonymised at the moment you delete: your name, email and sign-in identity are destroyed, the author on any posts becomes “anon”, and no link back to you is retained anywhere. Data that only you could see is deleted outright.
